q: IF I ORDER TODAY WHEN SHOULD I RECEIVE MY PRODUCT?

Most orders with in Australia arrive with in 5-8 days from dispatch, however delivery times can vary dependent on where the parcel is going. If you need an item urgently contact us and we'll arrange an express option. For Orders within Australia we use either AusPost, Startrack, Fastway, Aramex or DHL Dependent on the item.

*NOTE - It is YOUR responsibility to provide us with a deliverable address.

We deliver to most countries via AusPost, DHL or Aramex services. For quotes it is weight dependent by Kilo, upon checkout you will be shown the correct amount for shipping.

q: Do You Knock In Bats?

Yes we do, for $14.99 we will get your bat ready for use in the nets. We never recommend taking any bat straight into a match no matter the preparation time

No, but the website can give you the price in your local currency with the currency switcher option but upon checkout payment can only be processed in AUD.

q: WHAT IS 30 DAYS RETURNS?

30 DAY 100% Money Back Guarantee means if you receive the order and don't like it for what every reason then you can return the order to us with in 30 days and get a 100% refund

The Order has to be in an unused and resealable as new state when we receive the item and after receiving and inspecting the order you will receive the refund

Note* Once a cricket bat is oiled and knocked it is no longer considered to be in an unused and resalable as new state.
