AT Sports uses a weight based system to calculate shipping cost, so the cost will vary depending on content of the orders. We usually use either Auspost, Fastway, Couriers Please, DHL, TNT, TOLL For our shipments. The table below explains the weights of products and the likely costs.

Yes we do provide free shipping for orders over $200 to AU an NZ but excludes some items. Excluded items from FREE shipping are detailed below.

Q: IF I ORDER TODAY WHEN SHOULD I RECEIVE MY PRODUCT?

Most orders with in Australia arrive with in 5-8 days from dispatch, however delivery times can vary dependent on where the parcel is going. If you need an item urgently contact us and we'll arrange an express option. For Orders within Australia we use either AusPost, Startrack, Sendle dependant on the option chosen

Shipping is based on volumetric weights calculated by the courier/postal companies, you can see the exact quote for you purchase upon checkout.

Yes once the item is dispatched we will provide you with a tracking number and a link to the relevant tracking page via email.

Q: WHERE DO THEY COME FROM?

Our store is based in Balcatta WA in Australia (15 mins north of Perth) so keep that in mind as you may be subject to local import duties OUTSIDE Of Australia.

Q: CUSTOMS & DUTIES (EXCLUDING AUSTRALIA)

If you're buying from overseas (Any Country Other Than Australia) you may be subject to local customs and duties. It is your responsibility to be aware of your local customs and duties rates and for the payment of the customs and duties rates. Refusal to pay customs and duties will result in you being charged the return shipping costs, any couriers charges and fines, customs fees to import them back into our possession and 15% restocking fee.
