30 DAYS RETURNS POLICY

Although we do our best to thoroughly check all items before dispatch we are human and on very rare occasions something can go wrong. We cover the following situations

  • Incorrect items
  • Missing Items

In such circumstances we advice to be contacted to be made aware of any of the above conditions within 7 days of receiving the items and if items are to be sent back to us then sent within 30 days of purchase. Anytime after this we will not consider for returns or exchange.

In such cases you'll be eligible for one of the following of your choice


a). Exchange for full value of the item including return postage
b). Full Refund including return postage
c). Full Store Credit including return postage

Terms & Conditions Include

  • The items should be returned in an unused new and resalable state
  • The product packaging should also be returned in a new state as we can't sell the items on or return faulty items to manufacturers without the product packaging. (This is not the materials to ship the items)
  • Cricket Bats - Knocking & Oiling done by AT SPORTS is valid for 30 days Returns however any 3rd Party bat knocking or oiling or any amount of use excludes bats from this policy under any circumstances, we also take images of the bats prior to dispatch to avoid discrepancies.
  • Items with MINOR Shop wear, Dust WILL NOT be considered as faulty or defective and will not be considered under THIS policy under any circumstance, as the items we send are fit for its intended use and not for an aesthetic basis.
  • We must be contacted prior to dispatch of return items, items received without prior communication unfortunately will be sent back. (Does not include notes in the package)
  • Package must contain the items & the proof of purchase (eg reciept) to match with the order of customer who has communicated with us prior to dispatch.
  • Must have proof that the items were sent before 30 Days of purchase date in the form of tracking or receipt date.
  • We will inspect the returned items prior to any decisions made.
  • Compressions, Abdo guards, briefs, socks are not eligible under any circumstances due to hygiene.

 

30 DAYS for CHANGE OF MIND RETURNS POLICY

All orders placed at AT Sports come with a 30 Days CHANGE OF MIND Returns guarantee. If for whatever reason at any point within the 30 days you change your mind, you have the choice of either one of the two below.

a). Exchange for the equal value payed on the order and pay the difference if applicable or if the exchange item is of less value then you will receive the balance in store credit minus transaction fees and shipping costs.

b). Return your items for the equal value payed for store credit (Valid for 12 Months) minus the transaction fees and shipping costs.

  • EXCLUDES CLEARANCE Items
  • The customer must pay for the return postage costs
  • We must be contacted prior to dispatch of return items, items received without prior communication unfortunately will be sent back.
  • Package must contain the items & the proof of purchase (eg receipt) to match with the order of customer who has communicated with us prior to dispatch.
  • You're only eligible for store credit or exchange to the value PAYED not what the items are valued at currently.
  • Must have proof that the items were sent before 30 Days of purchase date in the form of tracking or receipt date.
  • For Change of mind, the customer pays the return postage cost as well as the initial postage cost. If you qualified for FREE shipping we will deduct the ACTUAL postage cost we payed.
  • We will inspect the returned items prior to any decisions made.
  • Compressions, Abdo guards, briefs, socks are not eligible under any circumstances due to hygiene.
  • Items purchased outside of a Sale period will have their store credit suspended for the duration of any & all sale periods for the duration of the store credits life span.

Transaction Fees

As transaction fees are not returned to us under any circumstance we must deduct this for any 30 Days Change of Mind order. The following is deducted from total store credit/exchange value.

Credit / Debit Card  2% of Total Order
Afterpay 7.5% of Total Order
Zippay 7.5% of Total Order

    Once you've gotten in touch with us you can simply come instore or send it to us via your chosen postal or courier service and you will also need to email us tracking details via info@atsport.com.au
