Cricket bats are expensive and so taking care of it to make sure you get the most out of it in performance & durability is important when buying a new bat.
Our knocking in service consists of the traditional hand knocking method with the wooden mallet as we feel this method although takes longer, in our opinion produces better results in cricket bats in terms of durability and especially getting the bat to reach peak performance.
The wooden mallet we feel responds differently on English willow delivering superior results as compared to other knocking in methods and with experience getting the instinctual feel of how much a bat needs knocking to reach its peak performance. The bat is finished ready to take into the nets.

- Hand knocking with a wooden mallet
