Although we do our best to thoroughly check all items before dispatch we are human and on very rare occasions something can go wrong. We cover the following situations

In such circumstances we advice to be contacted to be made aware of any of the above conditions within 7 days of receiving the items and if items are to be sent back to us then sent within 30 days of purchase. Anytime after this we will not consider for returns or exchange.
In such cases you'll be eligible for one of the following of your choice
a). Exchange for full value of the item including return postage
b). Full Refund including return postage
c). Full Store Credit including return postage

- Cricket Bats - Knocking & Oiling done by AT SPORTS is valid for 30 days Returns however any 3rd Party bat knocking or oiling or any amount of use excludes bats from this policy under any circumstances, we also take images of the bats prior to dispatch to avoid discrepancies.
- Items with MINOR Shop wear, Dust WILL NOT be considered as faulty or defective and will not be considered under THIS policy under any circumstance, as the items we send are fit for its intended use and not for an aesthetic basis.
- We must be contacted prior to dispatch of return items, items received without prior communication unfortunately will be sent back. (Does not include notes in the package)
- Package must contain the items & the proof of purchase (eg reciept) to match with the order of customer who has communicated with us prior to dispatch.
- Must have proof that the items were sent before 30 Days of purchase date in the form of tracking or receipt date.
- We will inspect the returned items prior to any decisions made.
- Compressions, Abdo guards, briefs, socks are not eligible under any circumstances due to hygiene.
30 DAYS for CHANGE OF MIND RETURNS POLICY
All orders placed at AT Sports come with a 30 Days CHANGE OF MIND Returns guarantee. If for whatever reason at any point within the 30 days you change your mind, you have the choice of either one of the two below.
a). Exchange for the equal value payed on the order and pay the difference if applicable or if the exchange item is of less value then you will receive the balance in store credit minus transaction fees and shipping costs.
b). Return your items for the equal value payed for store credit (Valid for 12 Months) minus the transaction fees and shipping costs.

- For Change of mind, the customer pays the return postage cost as well as the initial postage cost. If you qualified for FREE shipping we will deduct the ACTUAL postage cost we payed.

WARRANTY TERMS & CONDITIONS
Subject to the following terms & conditions AT Sports will repair or replace your product at the manufactures discretion
All bats sold by AT Sports receive a 12 month Warranty at the discretion of the manufacturer. Replacement bats will have a maximum of 6 months warranty (from the time of replacement)
Handle, Toe, Edges, Shoulder are not covered under replacement warranty as they are vulnerable areas that can be damaged at anytime and will NOT be replaced under any circumstances but we will repair damaged in these areas within the warranty period if the bat hasn't had any of the issues featured in the "DOES NOT APPLY TO" List below.

- Manufacturer Labels Have Been Removed
- Damage through improper use
- User Negligence (eg. Using the bat without face protection)
- Use of non-leather cricket balls (Including hard plastic bowling machine balls)
- Water/Moisture Damage
- Heat Damage
- Damage due to a lack of preparation (knocking-in)
- Damage Cause by a repairer attempt of a 3rd party
- Use of Cheap low standard cricket balls
- Minor wear and tear such as surface cracking doesn't constitute a warranty claim and happens to every bat over time regardless of how many times used.

AT SPORTS RECOMMENDS
In order to get the best our of your bat and avoid nullifying your cricket bat warranty AT Sports recommends the following
1. Prepare the bat properly with Knocking and Oiling either done by a professional or by AT SPORTS.
2. Used in the nets in at least ten, 20-30 min practice sessions before in game use, gradually increasing intensity starting from gentle use and soft old cricket balls.
2. After Prep a quality form of face protection is used to protect the main playing area and avoid outside substances damaging the main playing area as much as possible and to change this sheet every 6 months.
3. A quality form of toe protection is used to avoid any outside substances (eg moisture) from affecting the toe and compromising the integrity of the bat.
4. Stored in a dry and moderate temperature room.
5. Using only quality cricket balls, we'd only recommend Kookaburra Cricket balls and hard rubber bowling machine balls.
THINGS TO REMEMBER
- A cricket bat is NOT going to look new forever & cracks will appear on the willow.
- The lifespan of a bat depends on the amount of use & the care taken for your bat (keep out of excessively warm conditions & wet weather) + We recommend that a toe guard/shoe goo should be fitted for extra protection against toe damage.
- AT Sports needs to see the product to arrange the correct course of action following a warranty claim.
- Currently there is no standard remedy for a warranty claim and the course of action depends on the circumstances. A course of action may include repair, replacement, refund or having the service performed again. Warranty assessments and decisions are at the discretion of the manufacturer.
BAT REPAIRS
Repairs do not come with any warranty as with any repair the strength of the bat will not be the same as it originally was and the repair is taken place to put in a usable condition, although we do our best to ensure the bat lasts as long as possible there is no guarantee that the bat will last 1 ball or 4 years after repair.
Other Goods Warranty
SOFT GOODS - PADS, GLOVES, THIGH PADS
Split seams/stitching are covered under warranty and the warranty period is 6 months. Wear & Tear including broken strap buckles are not included in Warranty under any circumstances
SHOES
Split seams/stitching/spike blowout or separation of the sole are covered under warranty and the warranty period is 6 months. Wear & Tear including stud threading is not included in Warranty under any circumstances.
KIT BAGS
Split seams/stitching/broken zipper & faulty wheel are covered under warranty and the warranty period is 6 months. Wear & Tear including breaking of wheels is not included in Warranty under any circumstances
HELMETS
A broken micro adjustment feature, out of the box irregular grille shape, out of the box loose inner shell is covered under warranty and the warranty period is 6 months. Wear and tear or any damage caused by impact of a cricket ball, careless handling are not covered under any circumstances
KASHMIR WILLOW / ALTERNATE WILLOW CRICKET BATS
Warranty covers complete horizontal or vertical splits and the warranty period is 6 months.
ALL OTHER PRODUCTS
Will be assessed by AT Sports and or the manufacturer on goodwill basis.

Most orders with in Australia arrive with in 4-7 business days from dispatch, however delivery times can vary dependent on where the parcel is going or based on delays from deliver partners wich is out of our hands. If you need an item urgently contact us and we'll arrange an express option. For Orders within Australia we use either AusPost, Startrack, Sendle, Couriers Please, Aramex.

Q: WHERE DO THEY COME FROM?
Our store is based in Balcatta WA in Australia (15 mins north of Perth) so keep that in mind as you may be subject to local import duties OUTSIDE Of Australia.
Q: DISPATCH TIMES?
Most orders from instore stock will ship the next day, depending on if the delivery partners driver come and collect which they do on most occasions and this is of course done after any extra prep for the order if it is required. Online stock orders may take 2-5 days extra to dispatch as we do the QnC Check instore for all orders before dispatch so we get all online orders dispatched from the Balcatta store to ensure only quality and fit products are sent.

If you're buying from overseas (Any Country Other Than Australia) you may be subject to local customs and duties. AT Sports uses a cubic weight based system to calculate shipping cost, so the cost will vary depending on content of the orders.
